midnight

I want to do some midnight gardening tonight. I was thinking about planting some flowers this morning but I thought it might be too hot for them to adjust to their new home. I was thinking if I plant them tonight and really soak them they might be able to withstand the heat of the next day.

I was imagining one side of my yard in wild-flowers with just a little bit of grass.

I found a good chinese restaurant close to my house. It is on 17th by the Thin Man. It is called Chan's Asian Bistro. The food is really fresh. I met one of the owner's and he is nice. He gave me a tub of soda to take home because they didn't have to go cups.

a friend of mine just moved to penn and seventeenth, so we've been making the rounds every weekend discovering a new place on that end (though it's pretty much exclusively Hotcakes for breakfast). i'll have to keep this place in mind.

Chinese food is awesome when it's fresh.
When you say a tub, do you mean like, tupperware or something?

Midnight gardening sounds fun.
Yeah, I remember reading somewhere that if you water plants when it's erally hot out, that it scorches them or something.
or maybe the water evaporates. but if its cool out then they can absorb it. yep.

I guess it was what they usually put soup in so it was a lot wider than a regular cup.

haha i've had soda in a tub before. there is something really funny about it. everytime i looked at it i started laughing.

let me know if you need any company for midnight gardening, that sounds fun

i remember that drink it was from the thai restaurant. . . it was funny.

yup, midnight gardening, i didn't make the midnight planting last night, tonight it might be 3:30 in the morning gardening.
